Candidates must, at minimum, possess the following qualifications:

- Proficient with Graphics design software like, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Macromedia Flash,  Macromedia Fireworks, 3D modeling and animation software.

- Able to conceptualize visually appealing websites, without compromising download speed.

- Proficient knowledge of HTML and DHTML

- Highly creative, self- motivated and can work with minimal supervision.

- Experience in complex XHTML development.
